Zach arrived on schedule to clean my upholstery and was polite, efficient and professional. He was meticulous in his work and concerned for safety. He took time to do his work and paid attention to detail. Superb!!

They said they would send pictures but didn’t. I saw some stains still but didn’t call me to let me know.i changed my review. They didn’t even vacuum the carpets before cleaning or get the stains out. This is why pictures were not sent to me. I have requested a partial refund but really should be a full refund.

Personal can and cleaned our floor tile grout. Color sealed the next day. Very polite and on time. Our floors look better than new 25 years ago. Highly recommend!

My experience with Stanley Steemer is one of the biggest nightmares I have ever experienced. They came to clean my ducts in late October 2025. It is now the end of February ‘26. There were two employees, Brandon and Nick, that went above and beyond. The day they came to do the ducts, something went wrong and soot from an old coal furnace & soot blew back into my house through every vent. I had a thick coating of black soot on every surface in my house. The back of the toilet, the headboard of my bed, the walls. My basement was covered. The manager of the Evansville office, Randy, immediately attempted to do the right thing to get my house cleaned and reimburse me. After that initial day, Randy became a complete and total unprofessional, narcissistic, gas lighting jerk. I had to spend three full days of my vacation cleaning every surface in my house. Randy said it would take 24 hours to reimburse the money but it took over three weeks and multiple phone calls to actually get the money back. They scheduled to come back three times to clean my floors, two no shows. I called the next week and Randy apologized and gave me his cell phone in case it happened again. When it happened again
